what are we doing order one here :)

it is one of the best wellness purchases i’ve made and i don’t say that lightly. i make one every single night, sometimes two flavors back-to-back if i’m really feeling it (no shame), and the girls love them too so it doubles as their dessert which makes my life a lot easier.

the way i do it is i prep the containers in the morning or the night before so they’re frozen solid by dessert time, then i pop one in the creami and have a thick creamy ice-cream-textured treat in like 3 minutes with 25-35g of protein in it. it’s not even a question anymore, it’s just what we do.

here’s my base formula and then i’ll break down all my favorite flavors:

the base recipe (steal this and make it yours)

✔️ 1 premade protein shake (Jocko, Fairlife, whatever you like) OR 1 cup of milk + 1-2 scoops of protein powder

✔️ 1-2 tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (vanilla is my default, chocolate if i’m doing a chocolate flavor)

✔️ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (totally optional, only if you want it sweeter)

✔️ vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste to taste

creami links & products

blend everything together, pour into your creami container, freeze for 24 hours, spin on the “ice cream” setting, after its done, add a couple tbsp milk and spin again. sometimes I do this twice! the pudding mix is the secret because it makes the texture insanely creamy and thick instead of icy like protein creamis usually turn out without it.

now here’s how i flavor it:

chocolate

✔️ 1 chocolate protein shake OR milk + chocolate protein powder ✔️ 2 tbsp chocolate sugar-free pudding mix ✔️ 1 tbsp cacao powder if you want it extra rich ✔️ optional drizzle of honey

cake batter

✔️ 1 cup milk + 1-2 scoops Clean Simple Eats cake batter protein powder ✔️ 2 tbsp vanilla sugar-free pudding mix ✔️ 1 tsp cake batter extract ✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract ✔️ 1 tbsp maple syrup

toss in some dye-free sprinkles after the spin

strawberry

✔️ 1 vanilla protein shake OR milk + vanilla protein powder ✔️ 2 tbsp vanilla sugar-free pudding mix ✔️ about a cup of fresh or frozen strawberries blended in (or sub in a strawberry-flavored protein powder if you want the flavor more concentrated)

vanilla bean

✔️ 1 cup milk + 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder ✔️ 2 tbsp vanilla sugar-free pudding mix ✔️ 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (vanilla bean paste over extract every single time, it makes it taste FANCY)

so good with fresh berries on top or a chocolate magic shell drizzle.

java chip

✔️ 1 Jocko java chip protein drink ✔️ 1 scoop Prime Equip coffee protein powder ✔️ 2 tbsp vanilla sugar-free pudding mix ✔️ chocolate chips folded in after the spin

if you’re a coffee person this one will ruin you in the best way
<p style="text-align: dessert recipes

it’s summer & 100 degrees in TX, nobody is baking right now haha - here are the ones i make when i need something sweet without heating up the kitchen:

protein dunkaroo dip

tastes exactly like funfetti frosting except this one actually has protein in it.

✔️ 1 tub TruWhip (thawed) ✔️ 1-2 tbsp sugar-free vanilla pudding mix ✔️ 1 scoop vanilla or cake batter protein powder ✔️ dye-free sprinkles on top

mix everything in a bowl with a fork until thick and creamy. dip with Simple Mills graham crackers, Lundberg rice cakes, or sliced strawberries. that’s it.

protein rice cake

a 2-minute treat that hits like a candy bar.

✔️ 1 Lundberg organic rice cake ✔️ 2 tbsp TruWhip mixed with 1 scoop protein powder & a splash of milk to thin it ✔️ Lily’s dark chocolate chips melted with a tiny bit of coconut oil for the drizzle ✔️ flaky sea salt

spread the protein whip on the rice cake, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top, sprinkle with sea salt, eat immediately.

decadent yogurt bowl

this might be my favorite no-cook one because it feels SO indulgent and takes 3 minutes.

✔️ 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt ✔️ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder mixed in ✔️ drizzle of honey ✔️ Simple Mills graham crackers crushed on top (original or chocolate, both are unreal here) ✔️ Lily’s dark chocolate chips melted and drizzled over the whole thing

it tastes like a s’mores parfait. it’s basically a meal and a dessert in one and it has like 25g of protein in it. so good.

high protein s’mores situation

✔️ 2 Simple Mills graham crackers ✔️ 1 tbsp better-for-you marshmallow fluff (Whole i’ve made recently that are so fun!

gf protein dot cake cupcakes

last week sutton and sloane and i made these together and it was the best little kitchen afternoon. if you haven’t seen the viral “dot cake” trend on tiktok it’s basically a tall single-layer cake topped with a swoop of frosting and a few sprinkles, super minimal and somehow so satisfying to look at. this version is gluten free, has real protein in it, and is single-serve sized which i LOVE because it means i’m not staring down a tray of cupcakes for 5 days.

✔️ 1 3/4 c gluten free baking flour (Bob’s Redmill gf 1:1 is my favorite)

✔️ 3/4 c cake batter protein powder (or vanilla + add in cake batter extract - I use Clean Simple Eats protein powder)

✔️ 2 eggs

✔️ 1 tsp baking powder

✔️ 1/4 c applesauce (or greek yogurt

✔️ 1/3 c sweetener (sugar, monk fruit, maple syrup)

✔️ 1/2 c milk of choice

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven to 350 degrees & line a muffin pan with 9 liners or spray with avocado oil spray. whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl. in a separate bowl add the wet ingredients. mix in the wet ingredients to the dry and combine until smooth. stir well and pour into the muffin pan. bake for about 20-22 mins. top with TruWhip mixed with a little extra protein powder & a few dye-free sprinkles on top.

we were all obsessed!!

cherry peach cobbler with the Sweet Lauren’s twist

this is the most summery thing i’ve made in a while and it tastes like a 5-star restaurant dessert except it took 10 minutes of prep.

✔️ 2 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries

✔️ 2 cups sliced fresh peaches

✔️ 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener or coconut sugar

✔️ 1 tsp cinnamon

✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract

✔️ 1 tbsp lemon juice

✔️ 1 box Sweet Lauren’s gluten-free sugar cookies (the pre-made ones)

toss the fruit with the sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon juice in an oven-safe skillet or baking dish. break the Sweet Lauren’s cookies into rough chunks and scatter them across the top. bake at 350 for about 25-30 min until the fruit is bubbling and the cookies are golden brown. let it cool a few minutes, then top with TruWhip or my vanilla ninja creami on top.

SO FREAKING GOOD!!!

✨✨✨✨

my sweet treat pantry (the staples I keep stocked)

if you stock these things you can make basically any of the recipes above on a whim and you won’t get caught in that “i want something sweet but there’s nothing in the house” trap (which is when most of us reach for whatever random junky thing happens to be around). the goal is to have GOOD options at arm’s reach so you never have to feel deprived.

chocolate and sweets Once you have this formula, you can make a millionnn variations:

1. PROTEIN (the anchor) This is non-negotiable. Without protein your snack plate is just... snacks. And you’ll be hungry again in an hour. We want at least 25-40g of protein on this plate. Protein keeps your blood sugar stable, keeps you full for hours, and supports your metabolism. This is the foundation.

2. FIBER/CARBS This is where all your gorgeous fruits and veggies come in. Fiber feeds your good gut bacteria, supports digestion, helps naturally boost GLP-1, and keeps everything moving. Plus the colors mean antioxidants which means glowing skin and reduced inflammation. Win win win.

3. HEALTHY FATS (the satisfaction) This is what makes the plate feel luxurious and keeps you satiated. Think olive oil drizzles, cheese, avocado. Healthy fats also help your body absorb all those fat-soluble vitamins from your colorful veggies AND they support your hormones. Essential.

4. SOMETHING SAVORY (the crunch) Crackers, chips, something with texture and salt. This satisfies that savory craving and makes the whole plate feel like a MEAL not just a sad veggie tray.

5. SOMETHING SWEET (duh) a little dark chocolate, some berries, a drizzle of honey. This is the cherry on top that makes you feel like you actually enjoyed your food and aren’t just “eating healthy.”

6. A FUN DRINK (the vibe) You cannot eat a hot girl snack plate without a fun drink on the side. Sparkling water with lemon, an Olipop, a Poppi

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

My Go-To Hot Girl Summer Snack Plate

Here are some things I put on mine - pick a few from each category:

PROTEIN:

✔️ 1-2 hard boiled eggs (sliced in half, sprinkled with everything bagel seasoning and flaky salt)

✔️ 3-4 slices of good deli turkey (the thick cut stuff from the deli counter, not the super processed kind)

✔️ Fresh mozzarella balls or a few slices of fresh mozz

That’s already around 25-30g of protein right there. Done.

FIBER:

✔️ A handful of cherry tomatoes (lycopene for your skin, antioxidants galore)

✔️ Sliced cucumber (so hydrating and refreshing, helps with bloating)

✔️ A few chunks of watermelon (92% water, incredibly hydrating, plus lycopene)

✔️ A handful of berries (antioxidants, fiber, naturally supports GLP-1)

All these colors = all the phytonutrients your body is craving.

HEALTHY FATS:

✔️ A drizzle of really good olive oil over the tomatoes and mozz

✔️ Cheese

✔️ Guacamole cup

✔️ Olives

SOMETHING SAVORY:

✔️ NUFS Hot Honey crackers (these are SO good, sweet and spicy and perfect)

✔️ OR some WILDE protein chips (made from chicken, 10g protein per serving, crunchy, amazing)

✔️ OR just some good seedy crackers

SOMETHING SWEET:

✔️ A few squares of dark chocolate (70% or higher for the antioxidants)

✔️ Skinnydipped chocolate covered almonds

✔️ The berries double as my sweet element

✔️ Sometimes I’ll drizzle a little honey over the fruit

THE FINISHING TOUCH:

✔️ Flaky sea salt over everything (Maldon is my favorite)

✔️ Everything bagel seasoning on the eggs

✔️ Fresh cracked pepper

✔️ A drizzle of balsamic glaze if I’m feeling fancy

THE DRINK:

✔️ A Poppi or Olipop (the prebiotic sodas that are actually good for your gut)

✔️ OR sparkling water with fresh lemon or lime

✔️ OR a sparkling water with a splash of juice

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Macros (Because I Know You’re Wondering)

a typical Hot Girl Summer Snack Plate comes out to roughly:

✔️ Protein: 25-40g ✔️ Fiber: 6-8g ✔️ Healthy Fats: 15-20g ✔️ Calories: 350-450

That’s a REAL meal. Not a sad snack that leaves you hungry. Not an under-eating situation. An actual, satisfying, nourishing plate of food that’s going to fuel you for hours.

And here’s the thing... this is exactly what I mean when I talk about eating ENOUGH. So many women are grazing on 200 calorie “snacks” all day and wondering why they’re exhausted and their metabolism feels broken. Your body needs real food. This is real food.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Variations (Because Variety Is Everything)

Once you have the formula down, you can make endless variations. Here are some of my favorites:

The Mediterranean Plate:

Protein: hard boiled eggs + hummus + feta crumbles

Fiber: cucumber + cherry tomatoes + bell pepper strips

Fat: olives + olive oil drizzle + the feta

Savory: pita chips or seedy crackers

Sweet: fresh figs or grapes

Drink: sparkling water with mint and cucumber

The Tuna Salad Plate:

Protein: a scoop of tuna salad (I make mine with avocado instead of mayo, celery, lemon, everything bagel seasoning) + hard boiled egg

Fiber: cucumber slices + cherry tomatoes + berries

Fat: the avocado in the tuna salad

Savory: RITZ Hot Honey crackers or seedy crackers

Sweet: dark chocolate + berries

Drink: Poppi or lemon sparkling water

The Caprese-Ish Plate:

Protein: fresh mozzarella + prosciutto

Fiber: sliced tomatoes + fresh basil + berries

Fat: burrata (if you’re feeling fancy) + olive oil drizzle

Savory: crusty bread or crackers

Sweet: balsamic glaze drizzle + dark chocolate

Drink: sparkling rosé water or an Olipop

The Protein-Packed Plate (When You Need Extra):

Protein: hard boiled eggs + deli turkey + mozzarella + a scoop of cottage cheese (with olive oil and flaky salt on top if you’re into that)

Fiber: cucumber + tomatoes + watermelon

Fat: olive oil drizzle on the cottage cheese

Savory: WILDE protein chips (adds even MORE protein)

Sweet: dark chocolate + berries

Drink: whatever sounds good

The Sweet & Savory Plate:

Protein: prosciutto + fresh mozz + hard boiled eggs

Fiber: grapes + berries + cucumber

Fat: the cheese + a little honey drizzle

Savory: hot honey crackers + some marcona almonds

Sweet: dark chocolate + the grapes + honey drizzle over the prosciutto (trust me)

Drink: Olipop cream soda or vanilla Poppi

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Products I Actually Use

Here are the specific products that make my snack plates hit:

Crackers:

✔️ NUFS Hot Honey → the sweet and spicy combo is chefs kiss

✔️ Simple Mills almond flour crackers → cleaner ingredients, still tastes good

✔️ Any good seedy cracker with fiber

High Protein Chips:

✔️ WILDE protein chips → made from chicken, egg whites, and bone broth. 10g protein per serving and they actually taste good. It’s also supporting your muscle mass and keeping your metabolism running efficiently.

The fiber from all those colorful fruits and veggies is feeding your good gut bacteria, which is connected to literally everything — your mood, your immune system, your skin, your hormones. The fiber also naturally helps your body produce GLP-1, which is the hormone that helps regulate appetite and blood sugar.

The healthy fats are helping you absorb all those vitamins and antioxidants from your produce, supporting your hormones, and keeping you satiated so you’re not hungry again in an hour.

The variety of colors means you’re getting a wide range of antioxidants and phytonutrients that reduce inflammation, support your skin, and help you feel vibrant and energized.

This is NOT diet food. This is not restriction. This is eating abundantly, deliciously, and in a way that actually supports how you want to feel.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Summer eating should be FUN! light & satisfying

It should NOT feel like you’re on a diet or restricting or trying to “be good.” It should feel like you’re genuinely enjoying your food while also fueling your body with everything it needs.

The Hot Girl Summer Snack Plate is my answer to all of it. flavorful! Everything tastes better, everything is juicier, and the colors alone are giving you SO many antioxidants and phytonutrients. Here’s what I’m grabbing every single week:

Fruits:

✔️ Watermelon — I buy the pre-cut container because I’m not fighting with a whole melon lol. Watermelon is incredibly hydrating (it’s like 92% water!!) which is so important in summer, AND it contains lycopene which is amazing for your skin and reducing inflammation. I eat it plain, throw it in salads with feta and mint, or just snack on it all day long.

✔️ Berries — strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries... all of them, rotating based on what looks good. Berries are some of the most antioxidant-rich foods you can eat. They’re loaded with fiber (hello gut health and blood sugar balance) and they naturally support your body’s ability to produce GLP-1. I throw them in smoothies, on top of yogurt, or just eat them by the handful as a snack.

✔️ Cherries — when they’re in season these are my THING. Cherries are packed with anthocyanins (the antioxidants that give them that deep red color) which are amazing for reducing inflammation and supporting recovery after workouts. I pit a bunch at the beginning of the week and keep them in a container for easy snacking.

✔️ Stone fruit — peaches, nectarines, plums. Perfect for snacking but also incredible grilled with a little honey and served with burrata or prosciutto. The fiber in stone fruit helps keep you full and supports healthy digestion.

✔️ Lemons and limes — for water, dressings, marinades, squeezing over literally everything. The vitamin C supports collagen production and the acidity actually helps your body absorb more nutrients from your food. I go through SO many of these in summer.

✔️ Avocados — yes I know it’s technically a fruit lol. I go through like 4 a week. The healthy fats in avocado are so important for hormone health, keeping you satiated, and helping your body absorb fat-soluble vitamins from all those colorful veggies you’re eating.

Vegetables:

✔️ Tomatoes — heirlooms when I can find good ones, cherry tomatoes always, romas for chopping into salads. Tomatoes are loaded with lycopene (especially when cooked or paired with olive oil which helps absorption). They’re anti-inflammatory, great for your skin, and honestly one of the best parts of summer eating. Slice them thick, layer with fresh mozzarella, drizzle with really good olive oil and balsamic, add flaky sea salt and fresh basil... that’s it. That’s the meal. It looks fancy, tastes incredible, and took you 3 minutes.

✔️ Zucchini and yellow squash — these go on the grill, get spiralized into noodles, tossed into pasta, thrown into stir fries. They’re super low calorie but high in fiber and water content so they help you feel full without feeling heavy. I slice them lengthwise, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and grill for like 3 minutes per side. Done.

✔️ Corn on the cob — grilled corn with a little butter, lime juice, and tajin is chefs kiss. Corn gets a bad rap but it’s actually a good source of fiber and contains antioxidants like lutein and zeaxanthin which are amazing for eye health.

✔️ Bell peppers — all colors. The red, orange, and yellow ones are actually higher in vitamin C than green (fun fact!!) and they add SO much color and crunch to everything. I use them for kebabs, fajitas, chopped into salads, or just sliced raw with hummus for a snack.

✔️ Cucumbers — I eat these like apples in the summer honestly. Super hydrating, great for reducing bloating, and the perfect crunchy vehicle for everything. I do cucumber + feta + olive oil + dill as a quick side dish constantly.

✔️ Green beans — quick blanch in boiling water for like 2 minutes, then toss with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and flaky salt. The fiber helps feed your good gut bacteria and the green color means you’re getting chlorophyll which supports detoxification.

✔️ Arugula — okay this one is a game changer and I need you to hear me on this. Arugula is a bitter green, which means it naturally stimulates your digestive juices and helps your body break down and absorb your food better. I throw a handful of arugula on the side of basically every lunch, dressed with just a squeeze of lemon and some flaky sea salt. It takes 30 seconds and it genuinely helps you digest your meal. Such a simple hack.

✔️ Microgreens — these are my secret weapon for making everything look restaurant-quality. I throw them on top of bowls, eggs, tacos, avocado toast, literally everything. They’re not just pretty though... microgreens are actually MORE nutrient-dense than their full-grown versions. Like way more. You’re getting a concentrated dose of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in every little handful. I grab a container every week and use them as a finishing touch on almost every meal.

✔️ Fresh herbs: basil, cilantro, mint, dill, parsley — okay I know herbs can feel intimidating or like “what do I even do with these” but I promise it’s easier than you think. Here’s the real talk: herbs are LOADED with antioxidants and they make your food taste and look 10x better with basically zero effort.

Here’s literally how I use each one:

Basil: tear it up with your hands and throw it on top of anything Italian-ish. Caprese salad, pasta, pizza, bruschetta. Or blend it into pesto or a simple olive oil dressing. That’s it.

Cilantro: roughly chop it and throw it on tacos, in rice bowls, on fish, in guacamole, anywhere you want a fresh bright flavor. If you’re one of those people who thinks cilantro tastes like soap (it’s genetic lol), sub parsley.

Mint: tear it up and throw it in fruit salad (especially with watermelon... trust me), muddle it in your water for a spa vibe, or add it to anything with feta and cucumber.

Dill: chop it and throw it on salmon, in tzatziki, on cucumber salads, with eggs. It’s bright and fresh and makes everything taste fancy.

Parsley: roughly chop and throw on top of roasted veggies, grilled meats, pasta, eggs. It’s like the universal “make this look finished” herb.

Pro tip: if you’re not going to use them within a few days, chop them up and freeze them in olive oil in an ice cube tray. Pop out an herb cube whenever you need it. Game changer for not wasting herbs.
<div class="subscription-widget-wrap-editor" They’re so focused on the fresh veggies and fruits that they forget to anchor their meals with protein and then wonder why they’re starving an hour later, energy is crashing, and they’re snacking on chips at 4pm. (Ask me how I know lol)

Protein is essential for keeping your metabolism running efficiently, maintaining muscle mass, balancing blood sugar, and staying full and satisfied. Most women need way more than they’re getting... like 100+ grams per day, not the 40-50 most people are eating.

Here’s what I keep stocked:

✔️ Rotisserie chicken — I grab one almost every Costco trip. It’s the lazy girl protein that works. Shred it up on Sunday and use it all week in salads, wraps, pasta, bowls, tacos, chicken salad, everything.

✔️ Chicken thighs or breasts — for grilling. I prefer thighs because they stay juicier and have more flavor. Season simply with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil. Grill 6-7 min per side. Done.

✔️ Shrimp — frozen raw shrimp defrosts in like 10 minutes under cold water and cooks in 5 minutes. Summer MVP for tacos, pasta, bowls, skewers. So fast.

✔️ Ground turkey or chicken — for lettuce wraps, taco bowls, stir fry, pasta. I buy a few pounds at a time and cook 2 pounds on Sunday so I have it ready to throw into things all week.

✔️ Salmon or white fish — I do a lot of fish tacos in summer. Salmon is loaded with omega-3s which are incredible for reducing inflammation, supporting your hormones, and keeping your skin glowy.

✔️ Flank steak or skirt steak — for fajitas, kebabs, or just sliced over salad. Red meat is an amazing source of iron and B12 which so many women are low in.

✔️ Hard boiled eggs — I make a batch every Sunday. Essential for snack plates, throwing on salads, quick protein when you need it. Eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat.

✔️ Deli turkey — the good stuff from the deli counter, not the super processed kind. Great for roll-ups, snack plates, quick lunches.

✔️ Canned tuna and canned salmon — don’t sleep on these!! Quick tuna or salmon salad made with avocado (instead of mayo), celery, lemon, and everything bagel seasoning is so good and takes 5 minutes.

✔️ Chickpeas — canned, drained, thrown into salads or smashed into a quick chickpea salad. Plant-based protein that’s also loaded with fiber for gut health.

Bulk cooking tip: I spend about 20-30 minutes on Sunday prepping protein for the week. I’ll grill a few chicken breasts or thighs, cook 2 pounds of ground turkey, boil a dozen eggs, and shred my rotisserie chicken. Then everything goes into containers in the fridge and dinner assembly takes 15 minutes or less because the protein is already done. This one habit changed everything for me.

If you’re someone who struggles with eating enough protein (most women are!!), my free 5-day reset breaks down exactly how I approach this. The healthy fats in cheese help you absorb nutrients, keep you satisfied, and make everything taste amazing. Here’s what’s in my fridge:

✔️ Fresh mozzarella — the balls in water, not the shredded stuff. For caprese everything. Layer with tomatoes, basil, olive oil, balsamic, flaky salt. That’s a whole meal.

✔️ Burrata — okay this is a splurge but hear me out. Put burrata on top of grilled peaches, drizzle with honey and olive oil, add some prosciutto and arugula. Or put it on top of heirloom tomatoes with balsamic glaze and basil. It’s a religious experience. It looks like you spent an hour when you spent 5 minutes.

✔️ Feta — crumbled over watermelon salad with mint, in Greek bowls, on top of roasted veggies, anywhere you want salty + creamy.

✔️ Cotija — for tacos, street corn, Mexican-inspired bowls. It’s salty and crumbly and perfect.

✔️ Parmesan — freshly grated over warm pasta salad, zucchini, grilled veggies. Buy a wedge and grate it yourself... so much better.

✔️ Goat cheese — crumbled on salads, surprisingly amazing with berries, great with grilled peaches or beets.

I literally build entire meals around “what cheese am I using tonight” and I’m not ashamed of it.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Pantry Staples That Make Summer Cooking Easy

These are the things that turn simple grilled protein + veggies into an actual meal that feels put together and tastes elevated:

✔️ Really good olive oil — I go through so much of this in summer. Drizzle it on literally everything. The healthy fats support hormone health, help you absorb fat-soluble vitamins, and keep you satiated. This is not the place to buy cheap oil. Get something good.

✔️ Balsamic glaze — the thick kind you can drizzle, not regular balsamic vinegar. This + olive oil + flaky salt is the summer trifecta that makes everything taste fancy.

✔️ Flaky sea salt — Maldon is my favorite. It makes SUCH a difference as a finishing salt. Sprinkle it on tomatoes, avocado, grilled meat, fruit, everything.

✔️ Tajin — if you know you know. This goes on fruit (especially mango and watermelon), corn, shrimp, everything. Sweet + spicy + salty.

✔️ Everything bagel seasoning — on avocado toast, eggs, tomatoes with mozz, cream cheese roll-ups.

✔️ Red pepper flakes — for a little heat on pasta, pizza, grilled veggies.

✔️ Fresh garlic — always. I use like a clove a day minimum.

✔️ Capers — throw them on salmon, in pasta salad, on top of fish. They add this briny salty pop that makes everything taste more interesting.

✔️ Sun-dried tomatoes — the jarred kind in olive oil. Chop them up and throw in pasta, salads, on top of chicken.

✔️ Olives — kalamata for Greek vibes, castelvetrano for snacking. Healthy fats + so satisfying.

✔️ Pesto — jarred is fine!! I use the Costco one constantly. Throw it on pasta, grilled chicken, as a dip for veggies.

✔️ Hummus — for snack plates, quick lunches, dipping veggies.

get weekly meal plans and recipes using alll of these delivered to your inbox every Friday!

Quick Carb Sources:

I’m a big believer in carbs (you need them!! your brain needs them!! your metabolism needs them!!) and these are the ones that make dinner come together fast:

✔️ Chickpea pasta — Banza is my go-to. Way more protein and fiber than regular pasta so it keeps you fuller longer and doesn’t spike your blood sugar the same way.

✔️ Rice packets — the 90-second microwave kind. No shame. They’re perfect.

✔️ Fried rice packets — Costco has frozen ones that are SO good as a base for bowls.

✔️ Baby potatoes — roast a batch on Sunday, eat all week. Potatoes are actually great for gut health (especially when cooled and reheated... hello resistant starch!).

✔️ Corn tortillas — for tacos obviously. I like the ones from the refrigerated section.

✔️ Sourdough bread — for bruschetta, toast, the base for any “board meal” situation.

How to Elevate Simple Ingredients (The Magic Combinations)

Here’s the thing... you don’t need complicated recipes to eat really well in summer. You just need to know how to combine simple ingredients in a way that tastes and looks incredible. Here are my go-to combinations:

Tomatoes + fresh mozzarella + good olive oil + balsamic glaze + flaky salt + fresh basil = the classic caprese that never gets old. Literally 5 ingredients, zero cooking, tastes like a fancy Italian restaurant.

Grilled peaches + burrata + prosciutto + arugula + honey + olive oil = this is the one that makes people go “wait YOU made this??” So impressive, so easy.

Watermelon + feta + mint + lime + a little olive oil = the refreshing summer salad that actually fills you up because of the protein from the feta.

Cucumber + feta + dill + olive oil + lemon = takes 2 minutes, perfect side dish for literally anything.

Arugula + lemon + flaky salt + shaved parm = the simple salad that helps you digest everything else on your plate (bitter greens for the win).

Grilled chicken + any grilled veggie + microgreens on top + a drizzle of pesto = looks like a restaurant plate, took 15 minutes.

Board meal energy: honestly some of my favorite summer dinners are just... a board. Hard boiled eggs, sliced turkey, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, berries, crackers, cheese, olives, hummus, a drizzle of olive oil, flaky salt on everything. High protein, tons of nutrients, fun to eat, kids love it, and you didn’t cook a single thing. This is a whole vibe.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

What This Actually Turns Into (Quick Meal Ideas)

Okay so you have all this stuff. Now what?? Here are the meals I make on repeat all summer, none of them take more than 30 minutes:

Grilled chicken + zucchini + cherry tomatoes + feta + rice packet + microgreens on top (15 min)

Shrimp tacos: grilled shrimp, corn tortillas, cabbage slaw, avocado, cilantro, lime, cotija (20 min)

Fish tacos: same thing but with grilled salmon or white fish

Caprese situation: sliced tomatoes, fresh mozz, basil, olive oil, balsamic glaze, sourdough on the side

Burrata moment: grilled peaches or heirloom tomatoes, burrata on top, arugula, prosciutto, balsamic glaze, flaky salt

Greek bowl: grilled chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, hummus, pita

Warm pasta salad: chickpea pasta + rotisserie chicken + grilled zucchini + tomatoes + peppers + pesto + parm

Chicken salad: shredded rotisserie chicken + greek yogurt + grapes + celery + on greens or in a wrap

Kebabs: any protein + bell peppers + onions + zucchini on skewers, grilled, served over rice

Steak fajitas: grilled flank steak + peppers + onions + tortillas + all the toppings

Salmon + green beans + baby potatoes (sheet pan, barely any effort, SO good)

Board meal: hard boiled eggs + turkey + cheese + tomatoes + cucumber + berries + crackers + hummus + olives (zero cooking)

get a new high protein meal plan in your inbox every Friday morning! The arugula is supporting your digestion. The olive oil is feeding your hormones. The protein is keeping your metabolism running and your blood sugar stable. The colorful veggies are reducing inflammation and giving you energy.

This is NOT about restriction. It’s not about eating sad salads to “be good” before vacation. It’s about eating abundantly, deliciously, and in a way that actually supports how you want to feel.

The women I work with who feel the best, look the best, and have the most energy?? Like they think they are... or they just know they struggle with it and they’re getting maybe 40 ounces a day when we really should be closer to 80+ ounces (I don’t make the rules!!)

And I GET it.. Plain water is well, boring. I’m honestly not the best at remembering to drink water or prioritizing it especially if i’m on the go with the kids or deep into computer work all day

But thennnn.. I went down the stacked water hole on TikTok & IG… and let’s just say, i’m HOOKED

Not only am I actually drinking enough water now, but I’m getting in my collagen, my creatine, my electrolytes, and extra nutrients alllll in ONE delicious drink that I genuinely look forward to every. single. day! they’re so good

So this is my full guide. I’m obsessed.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Cup

First things first — you need a good cup!!

I use this big clear glass water container from Amazon

I love it because it’s glass (no plastic), it’s see-through so you can see your pretty water (this matters lol), and it holds a LOT so you’re getting a huge serving of water in one sitting.

I also have a few Stanleys at this point that I use for regular water throughout the day. But for my stacked water, I use the glass one because it just hits different when you can see all the layers and colors. Makes it feel indulgent :)

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Ingredients

Here’s exactly what goes in my stacked water every single day:

→ Collagen: Carnivore Aurelius

Okay I have tried SO many collagens over the years and this one is my favorite. It’s glyphosate-free, it actually dissolves properly, and most importantly — I can’t taste it. Not in my coffee, not in my water, nothing. Some collagens have that weird flavor or smell and this one genuinely disappears.

I do one scoop in my coffee in the morning and one scoop in my afternoon stacked water. So I’m getting two scoops a day which is perfect for skin, hair, joints, gut... all of it.

→Creatine: Metagenics

I loveeee their regular creatine. But I also love their Stay Strong Creatine which is a blend of creatine, magnesium, vitamin D, AND collagen all in one. So it’s amazing for supporting joints, muscle recovery, workout recovery — basically everything.

If you want to simplify, the Stay Strong one is a great 3-in-1 option!!

Electrolytes: Just Ingredients + Redmond Relyte

I rotate between two brands depending on my mood and what flavor I’m craving:

✔️ Just Ingredients Electrolytes — These are so clean and the flavors are amazing. Blue Hawaiian & Mango Guava are my favorites!! They do have tapioca starch so they take a little more mixing but so worth it.

✔️ Redmond Relyte — Also love these!! The Pina Colada and Strawberry Lemonade are SO good. These mix a little easier.

Both are great, you really can’t go wrong. I just switch it up based on what sounds good that day.

The Mixing Tool: Electric Hand Whisk

Okay this is essential. It’s a double coil electric whisk that’s rechargeable (no batteries!!) and it makes mixing everything SO much easier. The creatine and collagen need to be mixed really well before you add everything else, and this little thing does it in seconds.

Highly recommend. It’s like $15 and you’ll use it every day.

if you’re obsessed with health and wellness like me, consider becoming a subscriber!

How I Make It (Step by Step)

Here’s my exact process:

Fill the glass with just a little bit of water at the bottom — maybe like 1/4 of the cup

Add one scoop of collagen and one scoop of creatine — this goes in FIRST

Mix with the electric whisk until fully dissolved — this is key!! You want it smooth before adding anything else

Add your electrolytes — Just Ingredients or Redmond Relyte, whatever flavor you’re feeling

Add a TON of ice — like fill it up with ice, don’t be shy

Add a little more water and mix everything together

Top it off with sparkling water — I use a full can of whatever sparkling water matches my flavor vibe (more on combos below!!)

Very last thing: add a splash of juice — about 3 tablespoons or 1/4 cup. This is what takes it from good to AMAZING

For the juice I’ll do fresh orange juice, the passion fruit habanero lemonade from Sprouts (so good), mandarin orange juice from Costco, or sometimes I’ll blend up fresh fruit with a little water and strain it for fresh fruit juice.

The juice adds a little sweetness, a little extra flavor, AND you’re getting vitamin C which we actually need for collagen synthesis. So it all works together!!

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

My 3 Favorite Flavor Combinations

Okay these are the ones I keep coming back to:

1. Piña Colada Paradise 🍍

Redmond Relyte Piña Colada electrolytes

Liquid Death Piña Colada sparkling water

Topped with passion fruit habanero lemonade from Sprouts

This one is INSANE. Like vacation in a cup. The little kick from the habanero is so unexpected and so good.

2. Blue Hawaiian Lemonade 🍋

Just Ingredients Blue Hawaiian electrolytes

Squeeze of half a fresh lemon

Lemon sparkling water on top

Simple but so refreshing. The Blue Hawaiian flavor is one of my favorites from Just Ingredients and the fresh lemon makes it taste like fancy lemonade.

3. Strawberry Dream 🍓

Redmond Relyte Strawberry Lemonade electrolytes

Nixie Strawberry Cream Soda sparkling water

Fresh strawberry juice (I blend strawberries with a little water and strain it)

This one tastes like a strawberry cream soda but it’s actually GOOD for you?? Obsessed.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Formula

Once you get the hang of it, you can make any combo you want!! The formula is:

Collagen + Creatine + Electrolytes + Ice + Sparkling Water + Splash of Juice or Citrus

Just match your flavors!! Tropical electrolytes with tropical sparkling water. Berry electrolytes with berry sparkling water. Citrus electrolytes with a squeeze of lemon or orange. You get the idea.

Oh and if you want a little caffeine boost, the Just Ingredients energy drinks are the cleanest ones I’ve found. I’ll use one of those instead of sparkling water sometimes and it’s SO good.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

The Supplement Add-Ons (For Glowing Skin + Inflammation)

Okay so here’s the thing about collagen...

If you’re taking collagen and not really noticing the benefits, it might be because you’re missing some key nutrients that help your body actually USE the collagen.

We need vitamin C for proper collagen synthesis. So if you’re low on vitamin C, you’re not absorbing and utilizing that collagen as efficiently. That’s why I add citrus to my stacked water (extra vitamin C!!) but I also started taking a vitamin C supplement.

Here’s what I take for skin, inflammation, and glowing from within:

Quicksilver Glutathione Complex

This one is liposomal so it absorbs really easily in the body. It has glutathione (which is AMAZING for skin and is a powerful antioxidant), B vitamins, and some other good stuff. Glutathione is great for liver detox too, and your skin is connected to your gut health and liver. So if you want that glowing from within look, we have to support these systems!!

Quicksilver Vitamin C

Also liposomal, also absorbs really well. I added this in specifically because I’m taking so much collagen now and I want to make sure my body can actually use it. The citrus in my stacked water helps too, but this ensures I’m getting enough.

If you’re just taking collagen and not seeing results, try adding in glutathione and vitamin C.
